Delhoist Specifications
Delhoist single-acting and Delhoist double-acting telescopic cylinders are used for hydraulic applications such as truck-trailer tipping, hoisting, side tipping and waste compactors.
They are available in top trunnion mounted (TT Series) or bottom trunnion mounted (BT Series) configurations and provide tipping or hoisting capacities ranging from 7.3 tonne to 60 tonne.
Outer barrel dimensions of the TT and BT Series hoists range from 3.5" (8.89cm) to 9.7" (24.6cm).
Standard Features of Delhoists are:
- All stages are hard chrome plated for extended life
- All stages are top sealing utilising a technologically advanced twin lip seal
- A "flapped" wiper eliminates moisture entry into the cylinder and extends the life of the cylinder
- No gland nuts or base plug to come loose or jam
- Clip in base for ease of servicing
- Normal operating pressure of 17.5Mpa (2500psi) with a maximum operating pressure of 21 MPA (3000psi) on the 35 to 77 models (Refer to Product Data Sheets). Tipping capacities are calculated at 17.5 MA (2,500 psi).
- Bleed plug on top of cylinder
