Cylinder Refurbishing Services

Delta provides cylinder refurbishing and repairs for both telescopic and rod cylinders, for both small and large customers, including testing and quality inspections.

Refurbishment can include:

• Inspection to identify refurbishment requirements
• Replacement of one or more of the gland, clevis, or rod
• Re-chroming the existing rod or telescopic stage
• Replacement of seals, wear strips, and wipers

Where the cylinder is being used in quality controlled critical applications, such as defence or energy, then Delta's engineers and technicians can work to our customer's specific quality control requirement such as component specifications and selection, refurbishment inspections and documentation.
