Hydraulic Hose Assemblies
High Pressure (Two Wire Braid)
This hose is intended for high-pressure hydraulic applications using petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids with repetitive flexing, cyclic impulse pressure surges, and vibration stresses. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 ºC to +100 ºC with petroleum-based fluids and up to +66 °C with water-based fluids.
High Temperature, Medium Pressure - Single Wire Braid
This hose is intended for low and medium pressure hydraulic and lubricating oil applications. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 °C to +135 ºC continuously with petroleum-based oils, up to +85 °C with water-based fluids, and up to +70 °C with air.
High Pressure Hydraulic - 4-Ply Spiral Wire Reinforced
This hose is intended for hydraulic systems subject to high surge peaks where maximum resistance to repetitive flexing and cyclic pressure impulses is required, and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 ºC to +121 ºC.
High Temperature, Low Pressure
This hose is intended for use with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils within a temperature range of -40 °C to +135 ºC, water-based fluids to +85 °C, and air to +70 °C.
Hydraulic - Suction and Low Pressure
This hose is intended primarily for suction and low pressure hydraulic return lines and is designed for use with petroleum based hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40 °C to +135 °C.
Medium Pressure - Reinforced Polymeric
This hose is intended for medium pressure hydraulic oil applications and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +93°C continuously with petroleum and synthetic based hydraulic oils. This hose may be used with air, water, and water/glycol up to +66°C.
High Pressure Hydraulic (4-Ply Or 6-Ply Spiral Wire Reinforced)
This hose is intended for hydraulic systems subject to high surge peaks where maximum resistance to repetitive flexing and cyclic pressure impulses is required, and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 °C to +121 °C.
Medium Pressure - Single Wire Braid
This hose is intended for use in high temperature applications for use with water, water glycol, and water emulsion fluids and long life coolant up to 121ºC or air up to 70ºC.

This hose is intended for medium-pressure hydraulic applications using petroleum or water-base hydraulic fluids with repetitive flexing, cyclic impulse with pressure surges, and vibration stresses. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 to +149°C.

This hose is intended for low and medium pressure hydraulic and lubricating oil applications where high external abrasion resistance is required or desired. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 °C to +135 °C continuously with petroleum-based oils, up to +85 °C with water-based fluids, and up to +70 °C with air.

Multi-Application Hose Assemblies
High Temperature, Medium Pressure
This hose is intended for continuous use with petroleum-based lubricating oils, water-based fluids, air, gasoline, and petroleum-based diesel fuels within a temperature range of -40 °C to +150 °C. Use is also permitted with soy and rapeseed based biodiesel blends to 20% biodiesel (B20) within a temperature range of -22 °C to +107 °C continuously and up to +125 °C intermittently (maximum 10% of duty cycle).
Elastomeric
Hose constructions covered in this specification may be designed for a variety of applications. The variations in this specification are all application-specific and unrelated to each other.
Medium Pressure (Teflon Lined)
A general purpose, high temperature medium pressure hose with a PTFE inner tube and one braid of stainless steel wire reinforcement similar to SAE J517 100R14 Type “A”. This hose is designed to operate within a temperature range of -54 to 232°C continuously, and intermittently from -73 to 260°C.

Air Brake Hose Assemblies
Air Brake
This hose is intended for industrial air brake systems that includes all air actuated equipment leading from the air brake line and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40 to 100°C. Suitable for coupling with either brass or zinc plated permanently assembled end fittings.
