Broad Range of Specifications
Currently Delta manufacture hose assemblies across 15 sizes using 25 different rubber and polymer bulk hose specifications that includes high, medium and low-pressure hoses and a broad range of quality engineered couplings.

Couplings
Delta fit both permanent and re-usable couplings and the Delta hose assembly personnel are experienced in dual orientation of couplings.
Threaded
JIC
Joint Industry Council couplings are a type of flare fitting coupling machined with a 37-degree flare seating surface. JIC couplings are widely used in fuel delivery and fluid power applications, especially where high pressure (up to 10,000 psi) is involved.
NPT
National Pipe Thread couplings can provide an effective seal for pipes transporting liquids, gases, steam, and hydraulic fluid. The taper on NPT threads allows them to form a seal when torqued as the flanks of the threads compress against each other.
ORFS
O-Ring Face Seal couplings are designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface. Applications of o-rings may include fluid or gas sealing and have been tested to seal up to 5,000 psi depending on the seal hardness.
Non-Threaded
CODE
CODE 61 and 62 couplings usually attach to a flat grooved surface. The seal is provided by an o-ring. CODE 62 couplings have double the working psi of CODE 61s.
Guarding
For extreme abrasion protection for high, medium and low pressure applications, Delta can fit a range of protective guardings that includes:
- Plastic/nylon conduit
- Plastic/nylon spiral wrap
- Rubber burst protection sleeve
- Stainless steel braided sleeve
- Zinc plated spring guard
- Zinc plated spacers/rings
Information Systems & Quality
Delta's hose manufacturing capability is underpinned by world's best practice quality gates and a customised ERP system which can integrate with our customer's EDI systems.
Quality gates include hose length, cleanliness, crimp and coupling orientation. Final inspection rate is 100%.
Volume Capacity & Experience
Delta has the capacity to produce 30,000 hose assemblies per month across 4,000 unique part numbers.
We currently supply hose assemblies to two OEMs in Thailand and two OEMS in Australia. Located near the Thailand port of Laem Chabang and road freight distance to the Port of Singapore, Delta has the capability to supply OEMs anywhere in the world.
