Delta telescopic cylinders powering innovative lime materials handling

WELSHPOOL, WESTERN AUSTRALIA - A four stage 5.06m stroke telescopic cylinder has been commissioned by one of Delta's Bulk Materials and Storage segment customers.

Lime has traditionally been delivered in hopper cars but increasingly transporting of lime is in containers for a variety of reasons. Delta's customer has developed a mechanism for bulk lime users to accommodate this method of delivery by offering custom designed units.

Powered by a Delta's four stage, 5.06 metre telescopic hoist the mechanisms enables dumping directly into a storage vessel or a receiving dump point.
