Delta Achieves Caterpillar SQEP Certification

DEVONPORT, AUSTRALIA - Delta Hydraulics has achieved Bronze level certification for Caterpillar's prestigious Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) program.

SQEP is Caterpillar`s operational excellence initiative that recognises a supplier`s commitment to meet and sustain high-quality standards. SQEP incorporates industry-proven quality tools and system requirements, including ISO certification, supplier parts per million (PPM), on-time production, new product introduction (NPI) through the production part approval process (PPAP), statistical process control (SPC) on key characteristics, Six Sigma deployment, supplier capacity, on-time delivery. These requirements ensure that suppliers achieve these high standards and deliver best-in-class performance.
