Delta Hydraulics celebrates 40 successful years in business

Delta Hydraulics, the parent of Delta Hydraulics Thailand, today celebrated its 40th anniversary. Delta was founded on the 20th of January 1975 in Devonport Tasmania and has grown into an international company with manufacturing operations in Australia and Thailand.

John White, who founded Delta Hydraulics forty years ago said "it was a great milestone and is currently putting systems in place so there is forty more successful years".

Over forty years the company has serviced over 2,000 customers in more than 30 countries, across the industry segments of transport, waste management, mining, power generation, agriculture, aquaculture, defence, construction, earthmoving, energy, food and beverage processing, forestry, oil and gas exploration, maritime, materials-handling and ship-building.

The company is a world leading manufacturer and innovator of double-acting and single-acting multi-stage telescopic cylinders and hoists, industrial single stage rod hydraulic cylinders in both single-acting and double-acting designs, constant velocity telescoping cylinders, annular ported double acting telescoping feed cylinders and manifolds.

The company innovation, quality and the pursuit of export markets are at the core of Delta's corporate culture.
